Opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a leading FM services provider to oversee security / cleaning contracts for a retail site in Plymouth.
Description
The successful candidate will be site based and report to the end client on site, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Soft Services staff across the site. Ensuring high standards are maintained at all times and the site is fully compliant.. You will oversee security & cleaning.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Total responsibility for facilities management services within the agreed annual budget
- Managing, training, mentoring, and implementation of HR policies to achieve the best the on-site IFM facilities services team
- Monitoring of subcontractor's SLAs and KPIs including IFM target responsibilities
- Liaise with Regional Manager in producing and managing the IFM site budget
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental legislation in line with the company ISO:45001 and ISO:14001 accreditation's, policies & procedures across the site
Profile
- Experience in Facilities Management within a retail environment
- Excellent organisational, communication influencing skills
- Experience managing Soft Services (security / cleaning)
- Relevant H&S Qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH etc)
- Must be able to work on own initiative with a proactive and flexible attitude
- Articulate and has the ability to communicate effectively with the clients and the FM teams
- Experience managing budgets
