This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities professional to join a close-knit team of experts, in a position with fantastic long-term potential. You will be responsible for overseeing sub-contractors and hands-on facilities technicians to ensure that work is carried out on time, within budget and to a high standard

This role would suit someone with experience of overseeing facilities work looking to join a leading company in a varied and interesting role with excellent long-term prospects.

The Role:

• Overseeing facilities maintenance work on a manufacturing site
• Working 7.15am-3.15pm, Monday to Friday
• Managing sub-contractors on larger scale jobs

The Candidate:

• Will have an awareness of building regulations
• Will have some experience in a facilities-oriented role
• IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications would be advantageous, but not essential
