Actual salary: £22,599 - £24,041 per annum
37 hours per week – Permanent, All Year round

Colonel Frank Seely Academy have a fantastic opportunity for a Facilities Site Assistant to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will be required to provide caretaking support to the Academy, ensuring the security and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the required standards.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Good level of numeracy and literacy.
Experience of working within a site/ maintenance team role.
Able to understand and apply regulations e.g. health and safety.
Competent at basic building, repairs, maintenance and ground maintenance.
ICT literate with Microsoft applications.
Effective communications with a wide range of stakeholders.
