SalaryResponsibilities
- The day to day operations and supervision of staff, focusing on their performance in terms of standards and delivery
- Ensuring the tasks are completed to BICSc standard and site specifications as detailed in the cleaning schedules
- To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives; promoting the council and development the services offered by the P&FM department
- Ensuring that a first-class service is delivered to all areas of responsibility
- To ensure that work schedules and adhered to and drive productivity/achieve results
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all documentation
- Active encouragement of a one team approach with the teams of cleaning operatives and come up with ideas to improve how the services are being delivered
- Responsible for the team member’s performance and bringing escalations of performance issues to the management team.
Requirements
- Previous experience of managing cleaning contract sites or similar
- Knowledge of cleaning to BICSs Standards and company auditing procedures.
- Experience of working to budgets
- Cleaning related training (NVQ or BICSc qualification)
- Possesses the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
Contract
- Initial 3 month with the opportunity to extend
- 36 hours per week flexible to suit the needs of the service between 6am and 9pm
- PAYE via Umbrella
