Facilities Water Quality Technician - Chessington, London
Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will conduct preventative and corrective maintenance across the Resort's water features adhering to Health & Safety, legislation and compliance checks whilst maintaining detailed records of Water Quality data and equipment logs.
Reporting to the Facilities Team Leader, you will be one of the first responders for water issues or breakdowns across the Resort ensuring minimal disruptions to our guests day. You will conduct Water Quality checks and monitor Water Quality parameters such as pH, turbidity and chlorine levels, ensuring all water is safe and efficient to operate.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment such as pumps, filters, UV and chemical treatment systems.
Qualifications & Experience
Whilst we do not require any formal qualifications or experience for this role, the following would be desirable:
- A multi-trades background is preferred and would expect you to have adequate working knowledge of associated regulations and legislation around water treatment /quality.
- A Pool Plant Operators Certificate is preferred. (CIMSPA or PWTAG)
- Legionella L8 training is preferred.
- Experience handling chemicals and testing water is preferred.
- You will be a people’s person, friendly and real team player, happy to engage with public and deliver an excellent level of customer service.
- Good at developing sound working relationships and a great communicator, you will be well presented and will take pride in your work.

Pay Range
GBP £28,500.00/Yr.
