With continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Factory Director to lead the production and distribution operations.
Job Description: The Factory Director will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the facility, meeting production targets, maintaining product quality, and managing a team of skilled employees. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the reputation for delivering top-quality food products to customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the food distribution factory, including production, quality control, inventory management, and distribution.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and operational costs.
Supervise and lead a team of production staff, ensuring proper training, performance evaluation, and teamwork.
Maintain and improve production processes and quality standards, identifying and implementing efficiency improvements.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demands while minimizing excess stock.
Enforce safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe working environment and the production of safe, high-quality food products.
Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to optimize supply chain operations.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a managerial role within the food distribution or manufacturing industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of food production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools (e.g., ERP systems) is a plus.
