SalaryRthirteen are currently supporting in the recruitment of a Factory Foremanfor a building design and architectural firm based in Norwich. You will be instrumental in the daily operations of the factory, overseeing projects and the team, to ensure high standards of productions processes.
This is a full time, permanent position working, Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 depending on experience.
The day to day
- Managing projects and ensuring standards of quality are met, within strict deadlines.
- Overseeing the wider team, motivating and leading individuals to meet individual and team targets.
- Ensuring safety protocols are adhered to, and that a safe and compliant working environment is maintained.
- Liaising with senior leadership, wider teams, and external stakeholders, to ensure products and materials are available.
You will have/be
- Previous experience managing a site or factory, with strong knowledge on project management procedures.
- Strong IT skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Natural problem solver, and adaptable nature.
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to lead a team.
