The Best Connection are looking for a Factory Operative to work within a manufacturer based in Smethwick. The role includes working on a fast paced production line working with and folding fine material working towards targets.
This is a long term role that could progress to a permanent position following a successful qualifying period.
Duties of the Factory Operative will include:
- Working within a factory/production environment
- Folding fine materials
- Meeting daily deadlines
- Line feeding at a fast pace
- Responsible for cutting fabric using a specialist machine
Hours of work:
- Monday to Thursday - 07:45 - 16:30
- Friday - 07:45 - 13:30
Rate of Pay:
- 12.00ph
The Ideal candidate would have a proven experience in:
- Working in a production environment
- Target driven
- Working to deadlines and specific daily tasks
- Able to work in a team
- Ability to work off own initiative
- Great attitude to work
