4 weeks holiday cover work starting 5th February 2024 - 1st March 2024

Monday to Friday - 6am - 2.30pm

Full training given - 7.30am - 4pm for the first 3 days

Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking a Factory Operative to join their exciting client who are a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing facility in Tewkesbury.
As a Factory Operative, you will play a crucial role in the production process and help us deliver high-quality products to their customers clients.

The Role:

* As a Factory Operative, you will be responsible for operating machines, monitoring production processes, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. This role will involve heavy lifting, so we are looking for candidates who are able to handle the demands of the job.

* This is a 4 week holiday cover role starting on 5th February 2024 and ending on 1st March 2024, full training is provided, other opportunity may prevail for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating and maintaining machines to ensure the smooth running of production processes.

* Monitoring production output and identifying any issues or defects in the products.

* Preparing products for shipment according to customer orders and company guidelines.

* Keeping the production area clean and tidy to meet health and safety standards.

* Adhering to all safety procedures and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

-Reporting any machinery malfunctions or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Skills and Qualifications:

-Previous experience in a factory or production environment is preferred but not essential.

-Basic computer skills and ability to use technology for monitoring production processes.

-Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors.

- Able to handle heavy lifting.

-Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

-Proactive and safety-conscious attitude.
