Factory Operative

We have different roles available, and you can earn £11.19 per hour, plus a generous shift allowance of £1.35 per hour for lates and £1.90 per hour for nights.
Shifts are 8 hours long and you can choose from the following options:
Days - 7am - 3pm
Lates - 3pm - 11 pm
Nights - 11pm - 7 am

You can work full or part time ( Minimum 24 hours) during the week, you can do a mix of lates, days and night shifts.
The site is a large and modern facility in Petersfield. We provide a company bus service for only £3.20 a day.
You will also enjoy other perks such as goody bags twice a year, a low-cost canteen with free porridge for breakfast and soup for lunch.

Your main duties will include packing our client products, which will involve some manual handling.

You will also do tasks such as:
- Capping products
- Palletising
- Shipper

You will follow clear processes and procedures, product specifications and standards, and ensure full compliance with Quality, Health and Safety at Work, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.
You will thrive in a busy production environment and work well independently, as well as part of a team.
