Factory Operatives 3Pm - 1Am (Mon - Thurs)

Monday to Thursday, 3pm - 1am. (4x10hrs shifts) = 40 hrs per week leading to a permanent employment. NO experience required; training will be provided.

Based in Rugby, we are looking for hard-working and reliable individuals to join our team. It leads directly to a permanent contract on the completion of 12 weeks. The work is operating various machines and tools to manufacture UPVC double glazing windows. Training is provided.

As one of the UK's largest manufacturers of specialised double glazing you will be responsible for loading profile onto a preprogramed machine that will automatically cut sections to the correct length and size. Once the machine has done it’s work you will need to pay special attention to the labelling of each item. The work is repetitive; however, you will have the opportunity to learn new skills in different department “Over time” and grow within the business. The more skills you gain the higher the pay grade will become.

We offer a competitive salary of £11.42 per hour, (Increasing in April) which increases again once permanent. The shift is 10 hours per day, from Monday to Thursday totalling 40 hours per week. You will also enjoy 33 days of holiday per year.

The Basic package.

• 40 hours per week,
• Monday to Thursday.
• £456.80pwk + overtime when available.
• Permanent contract on completion of 12-week probationary period.
• (once permanent the wage will increase again )

*(From April 2024 the NLW will increase. The pay rate for this particular shift will change to £12.44 ph " £497.60 per week". Once permanent the wage will exceed £500, per week)
