This is a well-established company and have been reputable in their industry for centuries, they are now looking to expand their Mechanical Design team as they continue to dominate the market. In this role you will carry a varied range of responsibilities such as overseeing the activities of the team for factory inspection which includes labour, quality assurance, and all parts of inspection. In addition to this you will monitor all stock levels of consumables and equipment and hold weekly workshop floor meetings.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working either as a fabricator or in a similar role where they have worked in the power generation sector and they are now looking to take a step in an exciting direction, with a leading company in their industry.

The Role:

• Supervise shop floor activities and hold weekly team meetings
• Inspect equipment and monitor performance
• Handle day-to-day challenges and report to the Factory Manager

The Person:

• Previous experience in a fabricator role or similar
• Previous experience in the Power Generation sector
• Previous experience with supervising
