Family Engagement And Safeguarding Officer

We are looking to appoint an experienced, caring and resilient person to become our Family Engagement and Safeguarding Officer. The ideal candidate will:

• 
  Be trained to be a designated lead for Child Protection working within our Inclusion team
• Support the school’s work to improve attendance and support the EHA process with target families.
• Be responsible for developing systems to ensure relationships with families are positive to support each child’s ability to ‘explore, succeed and soar’ at Ravensthorpe.
• Be a proactive, positive and professional
• Be a great team player with excellent communication skills and a good sense of humour.
