Salary Scale: £38,223 - £39,186 per annum

We are looking for a creative Family Hub Manager responsible for the Whitehaven Family Hub named by our Families as the Family Hub on the Harbour, who is passionate about making a difference for our children and their families. This is a new fixed term post which is based within the Children and Family Wellbeing Directorate reporting to the Senior Manager for Early Help and Think Family.
The post holder will be responsible for managing the Whitehaven Family Hub in Cumberland to manage and provider leadership of the Family Hub development in Cumberland. The Family Hub Manager will provide management to Family Hub staff and direction to integrated co-located teams ensuring that right support is available to the right families at the right time. The Family Hub Manager will also co-ordinate the Family Hub timetable and Parent/carer champions, as well as report on performance, ensuring the delivery of the Cumberland Family Hub meets all requirements from the DFE.
The post has direct line management responsibility for the staff teams in this area – Family Hubs.

DBS
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974 and requires an enhanced DBS check with an Adults and Children’s Barred List check.
Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with adults and Children. It is an offence for people who are barred from working in regulated activity to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with Adults and Children.
