What is the job role? 

You will provide support to children, young people and their families through the delivery of integrated early help services in order to improve outcomes through the integrated Family Hub model. You will work collaboratively with partners to create new relationship and further develop existing partnerships and service delivery arrangements across the city. You will lead on the delivery of interventions for children and their families as part of of the Family Hub offer.

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
Who are we looking for?We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who can are able to build effective relationships with children, young people, families and partners. You will be able to see the life of a child using the lens of a ‘whole family approach’ . You will be able to work with children and families from diverse backgrounds in a variety of environments including their homes and be able to contribute and be inclusive in creating a dynamic new Family Hub Team.
