A top-ranking tier 1 law firm in Manchester are searching for a Family Partner specialising in high value cases. This is an opportunity to join a high achieving team of professionals, and use your expertise to work on some of the most complex and prestigious cases in the Northwest and beyond. With several offices across Manchester, this is a firm which has steadily grown and become a go to name for high brow clients.

You will be expected to have extensive experience in Family Law, preferably as a Partner in a law firm. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as an understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive matters.

A following of work is desirable but not essential. This will be reflected in salary.

As Family Partner, you’ll be responsible for providing professional legal advice to clients, negotiating settlements, representing them in court and supporting the more junior members of staff. You will work closely with the firm's other Partners, and be expected to take on a leadership role in the team.

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

- Extensive experience as a Partner or senior solicitor in a law firm

- A comprehensive knowledge of Family Law

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- The ability to manage a team of qualified solicitors

- The ability to negotiate settlements and represent clients in court

- A commitment to providing the highest quality of service to clients
