are looking for a Family Solicitor (4+ years PQE) on a permanent full time basis.
They are looking for someone who:
- Demonstrates a good level of technical competence in Family Law and practice.
- Achieves targets in respect of chargeable hours, fees, recovery rate, lock-up and non-chargeable time.
- Understands and undertakes proper referral of work to relevant departments and recommendation of work for other departments.
- Is able to get involved in practice development and marketing activities for the department, office and firm.
- This role requires organisation, strong IT and document management skills, excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to be flexible.
The role will be client facing, so it essential that you are a confident communicator with the ability to deal with clients (with sensitivity and with discretion) and other staff proactively and professionally.
Requirements:
- Must be innovative and enjoys working closely with other members of the team.
- Be logical in your thinking.
- Have excellent attention to detail. This is a must, as the business relies on the quality of service it delivers
- Personality fit is key, so you will need to be fun and have a good sense of humour.
