Family Law Solicitor / Legal Executive

Achieve Professionals is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive of at least 2 years PQE to join friendly high street practice based in Bishop Auckland.

Position: Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive

Location: County Durham

Salary: dependent on experience

Experience & Responsibilities:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in Family Law, particularly in legal aid work.
• Manage a caseload of Family Law matters (mainly legal aided).
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients facing Family Law issues.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
• Liaise with external agencies, professionals, and authorities involved in Family Law proceedings.
• Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and records in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathise with clients and effectively convey legal advice and information.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, as well as independently.
