Family Lawyer

My client are a modern law firm and ranked in the legal 500. Due to a recent departure they are seeking to recruit an experienced Family Lawyer into their established Private Family Law team. The firm offer a supportive environment, plenty of partner interaction and administrative assistance in the family team where required, they take pride in the progression opportunities they offer their employees. Their reputation see them pull in work from across the South Coast and throughout Dorset. They have invested heavily in IT to ensure their staff are able to work to the best of their abilities. The role will see you inherit an existing caseload of private family cases working alongside an Associate solicitor and trainee under the careful stewardship of 2 Partners. You will be required to manage your own caseload of Divorce, Financial Remedies, Child Arrangements, and associated family law files, often servicing HNW clients with issues including the division of business assets, property portfolios seeking guidance from exzpert witnesses where needed. This role comes with an excellent remuneration and benefits package. To be successsful you will have likely have a minimum of 3 PQE however if you have proven experience prior to qualification this will be taken into account.
