Family Lawyer

A top 200 law firm are recruiting for a senior associate to join their family team in Guildford. The firm is a leader in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners directories, as well as holding Lexcel and silver Investors in People accreditations. They have also been awarded Law Firm of the Year at the Surrey Law Society Awards, proving they are both respected for their quality of work and the quality of life they provide.
They are a medium-to-large size firm, with over 60 solicitors and many offices spread over London and Surrey. They are sympathetic to hybrid working, allowing a couple of days a week from home as standard.
As expected from a firm of their stature, they are providing top salaries and benefits packages to secure the right candidate.
To be successful in your application, you will:
* Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive.
* Have at least 5 years of post qualified experience in family law (however, less experienced candidates are also invited to apply).
* Be client focused and keen to gel with a large and close-knit team.
* Have excellent attention to detail.
