The role of a Family Legal Assistant is pivotal within our client's firm. You will become the personal assistant to the managing director, a high-profile figure in the legal industry, while also managing initial inquiry calls and planning the fee earners’ diaries. Your commitment to superior client care and capability to effectively multitask and organise will not only contribute to the company's success but will also set you on a clear path to personal career progression.
To succeed, you'll need excellent IT skills, especially in Word, Excel, and Outlook, and whilst experience with case management software like LEAP is advantageous, it is not essential. Your aptitude for communication, passion for client care, and proactive approach are key.
