Duties
providing secretarial support to lawyers
answering telephone calls, transferring calls, and taking messages
keeping accurate records of meetings and appointments
organising travel arrangements for lawyers
arranging meetings and managing lawyers' diaries
attending court and meeting clients
closing, archiving, and storing files
assisting in the preparation of court documents
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role
Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
Proficient in using legal software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional demeanour with a high level of integrity and ethics
Any relevant experience will be considered.
