With modern offices close by to commuter links, and an extremely competitive salary, this is an exciting opportunity for a Family Secretary / Assistant looking for a new opportunity in Solihull.
The Role of a Family Legal Secretary / Assistant:
- Providing full support in Family department to Partners / Legal Advisors in a Secretarial capacity with some of the main duties including –
- Diary management
- Email management
- Draft email / correspondence
- Audio Typing
- Opening / Closing of files
- Preparation of expense claims
- Liaising with clients in person and over the phone
- Travel booking
- Preparing bundles
- Answering the telephone and dealing with queries
Skills and Qualifications of a Family Legal Secretary / Assistant:
- Previous Legal secretarial experience in a legal Family department
- Excellent document production skills
- Self motivated
- Minimum 60wpm typing speed
- Methodical and organised approach
- Ability to cope under pressure
- Ability to prioritise
- Be pro-active and deliver quality service to clients
