SALARY NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

A great opportunity for a Paralegal to join a dynamic Family Legal team.

The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in working with the firms clients and assisting them with their family law-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet client expectations by delivering a service of high quality and value for money.
• Understand client needs and communicate effectively about progress and costs.
• Ensure full compliance with all the firm's policies.
• Comply at all times with the Solicitors' Accounts Rules and promptly notify the COFA if actions may have breached these Rules.
• Be aware of obligations under the Solicitors Regulation Authority Codes of Conduct, strive to comply, and promptly notify the COLP if actions may have breached the Codes.
• Achieve individual or Group fee targets.
• Take all reasonable steps to prevent negligence; notify the Managing Partner immediately if circumstances arise that might lead to a claim under the firm's Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy and cooperate fully in handling any claim.
• Utilize Case Management and other computer systems effectively, including direct data input using the keyboard.
