Family Paralegal

Progressive law firm located in London are currently recruiting a full time Paralegal within their Family law team.
Paralegals with a minimum of 1 years experience within Family law is essential.
Experience to include:

• Assisting the Solicitor with their caseload to include Divorce, financial matters, private children matters and separation matters
• Preparing bundles
• Drafting of correspondence and legal documents
• Liaising with clients, Court and other solicitors
• Drafting documents such as divorce applications, Form E’s and C100’s etc
• Dealing with telephone enquiries
• Undertaking some legal research

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 years Family law paralegal experience
• Good legal experience and qualifications
• Strong administrative and organisational skills are essential for the post
• LPC completed
• Law degree of 2:1 or above

Salary is dependent on experience and a flexible/hybrid working arrangement will happily be discussed.
