Family Paralegal

Progressive law firm located close to Chigwell are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their Family law team on a permanent basis.
Key duties will include:

• Assisting the Solicitor with their caseload to include Divorce, financial matters, private children matters and separation matters
• Preparing bundles
• Drafting of correspondence and legal documents
• Liaising with clients, Court and other solicitors
• Drafting documents such as divorce applications, Form E’s and C100’s etc
• Dealing with telephone enquiries
• Undertaking some legal research

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum of 1-2 years Family law paralegal experience
• Good legal experience and qualifications
• Strong administrative and organisational skills are essential for the post

Salary dependent on experience.
