Description
- To help lead and manage the family law department with existing Partners.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the department.
- Handle a caseload of complex family law matters including matrimonial finance and private children matters.
- Engage in business development activities to expand the department's clients.
- Mentor, guide, and develop junior team members.
- Ensure the highest levels of client service at all times.
- Continually update knowledge of changes in family law.
- Work collaboratively with other departments within the firm.
Profile
The successful candidate is likely to be an existing Family Partner or senior Family lawyer who has dealt with privately funded work. It is also desirable that the successful candidate will have experience in managing a team and strong business development skills. This role can be based in Leeds or in the other offices across West and North Yorkshire.
