Eventus Legal is seeking a motivated and experienced Family Secretary based in Surrey.This exciting job opportunity is within a law firm recognised for providing their workforce with an environment that stimulates diversity, innovation, teamwork, continuous learning and improvement and rewarding performance. The role is a permanent position with an opportunity to work from home 1-2 days a week.
Role responsibilities
The incoming Family Secretary will be joining a very highly regarded law firm who are focused on providing excellent client service, with a focus on family work, this expanding team are looking for someone to come in and hit the ground running.
Person specification
Applications are encouraged from Secretary's who have 5 years of professional experience as a secretary and ideally in handling family matters. Importantly, the candidate will also be able to display:
- Highly organisational abilities
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work independently

The incoming Family Secretary will be joining an incredibly supportive, multi-service law firm with offices located across the South of England. The firm offer clear and competitive professional advice and has been serving private individuals and businesses for over 80 years. The firm offer 21 days holiday plus bank holiday, with office Christmas closure (in addition to the 21 days) and a standard pension contribution as benefits to this role.
