- You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of Private Family Law matters
- The team are known for their expertise in private work, and so your caseload will consist of divorce matters, financial settlements, private children matters, and the drafting of pre-nuptial agreements/cohabitation agreements
- The successful candidate will be a qualified (or soon to be qualified Solicitor) between NQ-4 years PQE
- Paralegals may also be considered
- You will experience in family law, including handling (or assisting) on private family matters
- Preferably you will have experience handling your own caseload of divorce, financial settlements, and private law children cases
