Position Overview: My client is seeking a talented Family Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of family law matters and provide high-quality legal advice and representation to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence cases.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in both contentious and non-contentious family law matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and agreements.
- Attend court hearings and represent clients effectively in legal proceedings.

Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in family law.
