Family Solicitor

This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to join a top 200 firm and legal 500-ranked team in Reading. Salary up to £82,000 DOE.

My client are a UK top 200 law firm based in Reading. They have an excellent reputation in the Reading area, being legal 500-ranked for most practice areas, including Family Law.

They are now looking to expand their Family Law offering due to continued growth and as such, are seeking a confident, experienced and ambitious family law solicitor or family law associate to join their growing team and to help to drive the department forward.

The Role

They are looking for an experienced Family Law Solicitor or Family Law Associate with 3 years' + PQE handling private family law matters.

You will be handling a caseload of Privately funded Family Law matters such as Divorce and Separation, Matrimonial Finances, Private Children's Law Matters, Pre & Postnuptial Agreements, Cohabitation Agreements and more.

You will be joining a friendly, dynamic and successful team of legal professionals and will be working in a stimulating and supportive environment that offers you the opportunity to make a real difference. You'll be part of a team that values collaboration and encourages creativity and innovation.

You will have the chance to work with a range of clients including HNW individuals, business owners and more. The role will be working closely with the Family Partner / Head of Department.

Salary

What are they looking for?

• 7+ PQE Family Law Solicitor or Family Law Associate
• Experience working on privately funded family law matters
• Experience with complex or HNW Family Law cases is advantageous
• Ability to effectively manage/prioritise a caseload without supervision
• A willingness to conduct networking and business development
• Ability to work well with others and support junior team members
