Role:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation in all aspects of family law
- Manage caseloads involving divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements, and child arrangement orders
- Negotiate and draft legal documents with precision and care
- Represent clients in court proceedings with professionalism and tenacity
- Maintain the highest standards of client care and confidentiality
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a current practising certificate
- Minimum of 3 years PQE in family law
- Demonstrable experience in managing a full caseload independently
- Strong advocacy skills and experience in family courts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to provide sensitive and pragmatic advice to clients in distress
- Commitment to continuous learning and keeping abreast of changes in family law
