Our client are a leading boutique firm based in West London looking to take on a Family law Solicitor to join their family team. This role does not require the solicitor to bring on any work as our client has a loyal following and a lot of work in bought in by one of the Directors who is passionate about networking and generating business.
The successful Family Law Solicitor will be able to demonstrate a broad range of experience and knowledge in all areas of family law as follows:
What the role involves
- Advising on all matters relating to Family Law including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation disputes, children and domestic violence, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements whilst complying with LEXCEL requirements
- Mentoring and leading junior lawyers within the team
- Assisting one of the Directors with their caseload as and when required
- Building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional client service
