Location: Newcastle
QED Legal is partnering with a reputable Northern firm known for its excellence in the region, in search of an experienced Family Solicitor to join their thriving team in Newcastle.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of Family matters, including but not limited to relationship breakdowns, financial remedy work such as high net worth divorces, and wealth protection through pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Additionally, you will handle Private Law Children and Cohabitation disputes.
Requirements:
- Solicitors with 2+ years PQE in a full range of family/matrimonial work, including advocacy.
- Specific experience in handling diverse Family law matters.
- Excellent advocacy skills and a track record of successful case management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
