Job Description:
As a Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 4 or more years of post-qualification experience (PQE), you will play a crucial role in the Family Law department. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse and challenging caseload, including:
- Divorce and Separation: Advising clients through the divorce and separation process.
- Financial Remedy: Handling complex financial disputes, especially those involving high-net-worth individuals, significant business assets, and intricate property structures.
- Children Work: Providing counsel on matters related to child custody and welfare.
- Cohabitation and Pre/Postnuptial Agreements: Assisting clients with legal agreements related to cohabitation and marital arrangements.
- Matrimonial Finance Work: Engaging in specialized areas of matrimonial finance, including cases with international elements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent client service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
- Demonstrate a methodical approach and meticulous attention to detail in your work.
- Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Solicitor with at least 4 years of PQE or Chartered Legal Executive with equivalent experience.
- Valid license to practice law in the UK.
- Familiarity with a diverse family law caseload.
