SalaryA successful Agricultural farm Company based in the Leamington Spa area is currently looking for an experienced Farm workers to join their team working on sites in
£10.42 - £11.75ph
Days: 5-6 days (Flexible depending on level of production & weather)
This position is responsible for working in a team harvesting and preparing baby leaf produce.
The key task involves working alongside the harvester operator, filling, loading crates ready for transportation back to the packhouse.
Additional duties will include weeding, general site tidy and other packing work as required.
An Assistant helps farmers with the daily running of their farm. They provide support with a variety of tasks, such as planting and harvesting crops, maintaining equipment, and caring for livestock.
Working on a team that produces the baby leaf produce cross the UK, this is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team working with a state of the art machinery.
