What's the Role?
Managing the tractor fleet, sprayer team and irrigation team, being responsible for the implementation of the crop production plan. Holding your PA1 and PA2 spray certificates would be preferred but is not essential for the role.
There is no requirement to hold your FACTS or BASIS but may be the opportunity to gain these on the job, as this business really does invest in their staff!
The role is hands on, and there's no doubt you will be working hard. Previous experience working in farming is essential but there is not a requirement to have worked with any specific crop. If you'd like the opportunity to manage a team with 80% of the role field based and 20% office based, this is the one for you.

There are over 600 employees yet the atmosphere and treatment of staff is much like any small, family run business.
