-This roll is a hands on entertainment roll, the right candidate will be approachable, hardworking, friendly and be able to carry out the following skillsets:
- Training and work experience in performance or musical theatre
- Ability to work with management to create and produce children’s entertainment and shows that aligns with the brand of the business
- Experience in managing a small team
- Basic understanding of health and safety in regards to Mascot Character costume
- Friendly disposition and an ability to engage an audience with a wide range of ages
- Team player that is flexible within the job role and willing to help within all sides of the business including front of house and outdoor team
- Ability to adapt to the businesses needs dependant on the season
- Experience working with children
- Willing to work around animals and learn all aspects of the farm
- Creative flare that can be used towards different parts of the job including set up of the craft tent’
- Able to work alone under your own drive and initiative.
You will be a strong Team Player Team and will also be involved in:
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest services and satisfaction
- Maintain park facilities, including cleanliness and safety standards in your area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and coordination
