AddressAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and progressive working Farm Stock Person for an well established and expanding Red Tractor certified farm in Shropshire .
Working alongside the farm Manager, you will undertake the day-to-day management of the Livestock onsite . You will ensure the farms performance is further enhanced through proactive management of the livestock .You will work closely with the vets, nutritionists, and advisors, leading by example and undertaking your role with a hands-on approach. Fertility, foot health, herd health and vaccinations will be under your remit alongside daily record keeping.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, a proven track record of performance and will be an excellent communicator, keen to develop and motivate the team through their approach and by example.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.98-£13.23 per hour
