For litigators, proficiency in handling landlord/tenant disputes, farming partnership disputes, nuisance claims, right of way disputes, landed estate work, contentious receivership matters, regulatory disputes related to Rural Land, and collaboration with other teams in areas such as developer and renewables and natural capital is essential.
Transactional lawyers should possess experience in farm and land sales/purchases, country house sales/purchases, refinance work, receiverships of rural property, easements and licenses, and Rural tenancies.
