About the Role
We are currently looking for a confident, outgoing full time, fully flexible Assistant Store Manager to represent our brand in our brand new Lincoln store. We pride ourselves on our superior customer service and the ability to create long-lasting customer relationships. When you join the team, you’ll be:

General management of the store
Achieving KPI targets designed to make the store the best it can be
Setting the highest standards of customer service, leading your team by example
Building relationships with new and existing customers
Cash handling
Leading a team
Inspiring and managing the team to deliver amazing levels of service
Coaching the team to become experts in our products
Embrace and embed the Robert Goddard culture

About You
In order to be successful in the role, you’ll need the following:

Proven experience in retail management, ready for a new challenge, ideally with experience within the fashion industry
A relentless and can-do attitude to strive to exceed expectations
Well-developed relationship building skills
Highly proactive and forward thinking with a can-do attitude
Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
The ability to work in a close-knit team
Sound knowledge of the brands that we stock
