We're looking for a dedicated Sample Coordinator to take charge of our Fashion Samples process.
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination from the moment samples arrive at the studio to their picture-perfect readiness for our photo shoots. If you're eager to kickstart your career in the photo studio industry, this is an excellent opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
• Efficient Scanning
Take the lead in scanning all fashion products in and out of the studio, maintaining an organized and streamlined process.
• Expert Steaming and Prepping
Showcase your attention to detail by meticulously steaming and prepping all products, ensuring they are photo-ready and meet our high standards.
• Proactive Troubleshooting
Address any issues that may arise with samples promptly and efficiently, demonstrating problem-solving skills to keep the workflow smooth.
• Collaborative Team Player
Work closely with our creative and production teams, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances the overall efficiency of our operations.
• Effective Communication
Engage with fashion stakeholders and studio team members, ensuring clear and concise communication to meet project objectives.
• Concern Resolution
Identify and flag any concerns, promptly escalating them to management for resolution.
Skills Required
• Tech-Savvy
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint to manage and organize sample data effectively.
