Fast Fit Manager Required in Maidstone, Kent 
Pay: Basic Salary up to £30,000, OTE £35,000 +
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30 ONLY

Our Client one of the fastest growing suppliers of Automotive & Tyre Fitting Services are seeking a Fast Fit Manager their expanding Car Garage business located in Maidstone, Kent. 
With over 100 Garages throughout the United Kingdom and with over 30 years trading experience possess a world class reputation for all things automotive repairs. Our client provides a busy and fast paced working environment with a strong reputation of providing customers with a friendly while you wait service, with great choice & quality.
They are seeking a hands-on Fast Fit Manager who has strong customer service experience, capable IT Skills & experience within an Automotive workshop environment post apprenticeship. This is a crucial role to the success of the business, as such the rewards and benefits they offer set them apart from other Car Garages in their local area.

This is an exciting opportunity for Mechanic or Workshop Controller to join a company that is committed to ensuring their staff enjoy their working day and to develop into management. They reward highly and put their employees at the forefront of all they do.
Within this Fast Fit Mechanic duties will include: 

• Being Hands on, supporting your team of technicians.
• Mentoring and leading the team.
• Provide a fantastic customer experience whilst pushing the business further.
• Speaking with customers at the reception and over the phone.
• Undertake administration duties including updating the stock system, reconciling cash/credit sales.
• Make sure work practices & quality control are being followed.
• Comply with company policies & H&S regulations.
• Set team objectives and contact performance reviews.
