Job Description:

• Working together with the team to hit the KPI'S
• Support and develop your team
•  Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards
• Driving consistent high quality customer service
• Lead shifts including opening and closing the unit 
• Full P&L Accountability

Professional Background: 

A proven track record in managing and leading teams in a high volume, retail, Fast Food or catering brand environment

1. previous experience work to and delivering against budgets, P&L, labour costs and ratios and cost saving initiatives
2. An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders
3. Previous experience motivating and increasing the performance of your team with mentoring, training, and succession planning.
4. An ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast paced environment
