Responsibilities
• Drive a team to deliver personable, polite and prompt service in the checkout area• Act as a role model displaying exceptional service To Customers• Be highly visible and approachable To Customers and colleagues• Coach colleagues to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area• Ensure compliance of company stock control procedures within the appropriate timelines• Ensure company property, cash and stock are secure at all times• Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work
Requirements
• A flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude• Experience of managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environment (desirable)• Strong numerical and problem solving skills• The ability to think on your feet
