We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a popular Filipino restaurant known for its authentic cuisine and warm hospitality. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Efficiently take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Relay orders to the kitchen staff promptly and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, keeping tables presentable
• Serve meals and beverages to guests promptly and attentively
• Check on guests' satisfaction throughout their meal, ensuring their needs are met
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and diplomacy
• Upsell additional items and promote special promotions when appropriate
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, following restaurant sanitation standards
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills
• Stay updated on menu changes and specials

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant setting
• Proficient in taking orders, processing payments, and handling cash
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle customer concerns
• Knowledge of Filipino cuisine and a passion for delivering authentic dining experiences
