Responsibilities in your new role as F&B Supervisor

In the role of F&B Supervisor, your primary duties involve overseeing and organising the F&B team's operations. This includes delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and offering guidance and assistance when required. Your focus will be on maintaining consistently high levels of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for an ambitious individual who can demonstrate strong food and beverage experience in a 5-star venue or similar environment. Experience managing teams is also essential. Most importantly, as an individual, you should be ambitious, enthusiastic, passionate about service and eager to learn and develop.
