Female Care Support Worker - Maidstone

As a Support Worker you will hold the following Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting and positively encouraging the individuals we support to lead valued and fulfilling lives.
• Guiding people we support to reach their potential around day-to-day activities at home.
• Supporting people and in attending social events and appointments (this will include driving people in our vehicles).
• Supporting people with learning and physical disabilities requires compassion, patience, and dedication.
• Support Workers need to demonstrate respect and high standards of care at all times.
• A good attention to detail for record keeping and note taking.
• Excellent communication skills - you will be required to communicate effectively with the people we support, colleagues, outside professionals and families.
• You will work from a planned rota which will include some weekends - rotas are planned far in advance to provide notice.

Contracts Available:

We have various contracts available to suit every individual that becomes a part of the Lifeways family.
