Female Caregiver

```Job Summary```
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need of care. Your role will involve helping with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring the well-being and safety of our client.

```Duties```
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as grooming, and dressing
- Provide support with medication administration.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, and organizing stock etc.
- Provide companionship.
- Engage in meaningful conversation and provide emotional support
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Assist with mobility and transfers, as per policy and procedure.

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of childcare, assisted living, dementia care, hospice care, or home care is a plus
- Ability to administer medication following proper protocols
- Valid driver's license or reliable transport to arrive at rural location.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors with appropriate behavior management techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £143.80-£145.30 per day

Expected hours: 12 – 36 per week
