You don’t need any previous experience to become a Support Worker with Sense working in a specialised area of care. We’ll give you full training for our roles.
For genuine occupational reasons we are looking to appoint a female candidate only (exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9).
You will join our wonderful Residential Team in Louth. This is a permanent role working up to 20 hours per week. (Hours and shifts will be discussed at interview)
We are offering an hourly rates from £10.75 with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews/ rises.
*If you live outside of Louth to be considered for the role you will need use of your own vehicle to get to and from the service for early/late shifts due to very limited public transport.
